In November 2018, the two classes of 4e had the chance to meet the Norwegian illustrator and comic designer, Espen Terjesen, during his workshop « Hvordan lage en tegneserie ? ».
After Espen explained the history and the characteristics of comics, he gave the pupils some task to do on the way to their own comic strip: “Draw a comic figure you know ! Draw simple lines and put an eye ! This could be your comic figure. You can draw simple figures and add details that make them specific. Think about what could happen if ! This can be the story of your comic.”
The pupils clearly enjoyed the unusal way of creating a story and drawing it.
