Members of our school community are welcomed from the age of 3 and grow daily in a multicultural environment—an ideal setting to explore diversity and learn to speak at least four languages.
The elementary level (ages 5 to 11) and secondary level (ages 12 to 18) are open to all students who have the motivation and the required level to follow instruction in French, subject to passing a language proficiency test in elementary school.
All applications from CP to Terminale require a non-refundable application fee of 3,000 NOK. Payment must be made directly on the Eduka platform (PayPal account required).
The placement committee will meet during Week 11 (March 10–14, 2025).
We welcome students throughout the year. If your arrival in Norway does not align with the school calendar, please contact us for details regarding off-calendar enrollment.

The new versions of the School Rules and Regulations and the Financial Regulations must be carefully reviewed, as many changes have been made.
Admission to the Lycée Français d’Oslo is subject to acceptance of the school rules and regulations and timely payment of tuition fees.
The school is recognized by the Norwegian Ministry of Education under Education Act §2-12. However, our current accreditation does not grant our students the rights provided under Articles 5 and 7 (PPT support, transportation).
The re-enrollment process takes place on our Eduka platform.
Starting this year, a significant modification to the Financial Regulations has been adopted by the Board of Directors. These new provisions require your attention and action.
Elimination of the re-enrollment advance payment: the advance payment previously required in February has been removed.
Automatic re-enrollment by default: all students remain enrolled at the school unless a written withdrawal request is submitted, with a minimum notice period of three months or until the student completes their education in Terminale.
Mandatory withdrawal notification: if a student is leaving at the end of the school year, the withdrawal must be officially notified in writing to the designated school services no later than March 31 of the current school year. If the withdrawal notification is received after March 31, a three-month notice period will still apply, even if it extends beyond the current school year. In this case, the first months of the following school year will be billed at the tuition rate of the level the student would have joined.

Your child’s re-enrollment will not be processed if the re-enrollment period closes without action (January 31, 2025).
