You will find below the terms and timetables for each level :

The reception of children in kindergarten will be staggered over the first three days (August 24-25-26).

Access to the kindergarten is through the dedicated entrance at the corner of Bahren’s Gate and Oscars Gate.
Parents are invited to accompany the children to class after having undressed them (coats) in the locker room and having taken them to the toilets.
Each teacher will provide additional information during the reception.
EXTRA SCHOLAR ACTIVITIES
We are pleased to invite you to the open house of the Extracurricular Activities of the Lycée René Cassin on Tuesday August 23 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the primary school gymnasium.
During this afternoon, you will have the opportunity to discover our various activities offered to students from “grande section” of kindergarten to the 5th grade (junior high) with conviviality by our professionals.
Registration for the AES will be done only on the internet from Wednesday August 23 at 8 p.m. until Sunday August 28 at 10 p.m. You will receive on Monday the registration procedure to follow and the final schedule of activities for this 1st semester.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The reception and exit of elementary school students will be through the Oscars Gate entrance.
WEDNESDAY 24 AUGUST
Children and parents will be welcomed into the courtyard in a staggered manner:
- 8h30 : CE2 / CM1 / CM2
- 9h00 : CP / CE1
Signs with the name of the class and the list of students will be placed in the yard where the children will have to line up. Students will be called and then each teacher will take their class. Classes end at 2:45 p.m.
THURSDAY 25 AUGUST
Regular hours apply to all elementary students :
- Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday : 8h30 – 14h45.
- Friday : 8h30 – 14h30.
Children will then be dropped off at the Oscars Gate entrance gate (no parents on school grounds).
The beginning of the class is imperatively at 8:30 a.m.

AFTERNOOON STUDY
Children in elementary grades can benefit from a paid study service in the afternoon from the first day of school according to the following times:
- Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday: 2:45 p.m. – 4:55 p.m.
- Friday: 2:30 p.m. – 4:55 p.m.
Registration on EDUKA is mandatory. This operation is to be carried out from August 24 to 28 inclusive even if it has already been carried out when the student is registered in the establishment.
Parents who wish to pick up their child(ren) before the end of the study can make a request at least 24 hours in advance by email to the secretariat at sortie@lfo.no specifying the name of the child, class and desired departure time.
A member of staff will then accompany the children concerned to the Oscars Gate gate at 3.45 or 4.30 p.m.
For the sake of organization, if you have a provisional schedule of the desired hours per week or over a longer period, please let us know.
