The 6emes visited the Frigate Auvergne

The 6th-grade students had the incredible opportunity to visit the anti-submarine frigate Auvergne during its stopover in Oslo!
Built in Brittany and delivered to the French Navy in 2017, this exceptional vessel, specialized in anti-submarine warfare, was heading to Nordic waters for a NATO training exercise.
During their visit, the students explored the interior of the ship, including the command rooms, and asked plenty of questions to the military personnel on board. It was a great chance to learn more about French industrial capabilities and the geopolitical challenges in the region.
A big thank you to the crew for their warm welcome. Fair winds to the Auvergne!
