FAQ Secondary (Middle School and High School) - I am a parent and I have a problem, who should I contact?

I contact the relevant student affairs office:

I send an email to the student affairs office with the reason and, if necessary, the supporting document.

I contact the Head of Student Affairs (CPE) and copy the Student Affairs Office, the main teacher, and the Well-Being Coordinator, depending on the severity of the incident.
