Women’s Month at the LFO: a committed exhibition from junior high to high school
To mark Women’s Month, LFO students honored outstanding female figures through creative and committed projects. Whether artists, scientists, activists or sportswomen, these women have all left a strong mark on history – and our students paid tribute to them with talent.
📍 At Skovveien, the 6th, 7th and 8th graders transformed the corridors into a living exhibition space. Drawings, posters, videos… Each production tells a story and invites visitors to discover the careers of women who are often little-known, but essential. In particular, 7th graders produced short videos in language classes, highlighting inspiring personalities from the Spanish- and English-speaking worlds.
📍 At Vulkan, students worked in English classes to create posters dedicated to influential women. Each poster features a woman chosen by a student: biography, achievements, quotes… The exhibition invites a rich and informative visual journey, while valuing research and language skills.
Whether artists, sportswomen, scientists or activists, these women inspire a whole generation. A collective project to reflect, learn and keep the values of equality and respect alive at LFO.
Bravo to all for this beautiful tribute! 👏
